Shou Shou West Orange and Paris, France March 30th, 2011 After a year of debating whether a Hollandia bed was worth the cost, and tossing and turning all night because I couldn't get comfortable in my traditional bed, I plunged in and purchased a Platinum Signature sleep system. Now, I'm kicking myself for waiting the year. First, the service I received from Stefan was wonderful. He made himself available on my schedule and provided me with loads of information about the different model and mattress options so that I felt entirely at ease in making my purchase. He also followed up regularly, from my first visit to well after the bed was delivered and installed, making sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. Second, the set up and installation was effortless -- by me. The installers arrived on time and worked diligently to fit the bed into my existing headboard and frame, and left no mess or sign of their presence behind. And, when I requested an additional adjustment, they returned and spent the time needed to make sure the bed was just as I wanted it. Finally, and probably most importantly, the bed itself was worth every penny and more. I honestly have not slept this well in years. The bed adjusts to any position, not just three or four, so I can set it to the precise shape that best suits me. The mattress provides the exact comfort level and firmness that I've been searching for; its nothing like a traditional mattress or like a foam mattress -- it is complete comfort. And the massaging feature is a nice bonus and a good way to shrug off my daily stress. All in all, I couldn't be happier. Saul and Mimi Cohen March 11th, 2011 Just wanted to give you a little feedback about the bed pillow I purchased a several months ago---don't know the exact name of it, but it's the roll type that supports your neck. This pillow has made such a dramatic improvement in the quality of my sleep it's just amazing! I am so much more soundly with this pillow, and sleeping straight through the night more than I have in many, many years: 3 or 4 nights a week. As a result, I a waking up much more refreshed and energetic. Anyway, just wanted to let you know what an impact this pillow had and thank Hollandia for making a great product! Fabulous, truly fabulous..got out of bed (finally!!), with NONE of the usual aches and pains and stiffness...the support of the mattress is phenomenal...and those SHEETS!
