Issac Barssessat, Founder & Chairman
	Mr. Barssessat currently serves as Chairman of Hollandia International and for the last three years has been directing the growth and retail operations in Spain. He is also responsible for product research and development, as well as continuous improvement for the production facility’s overall quality control. Barssessat represents the company at the highest level and serves to help monitor the implementation of all company-wide strategic initiatives.

Avi Barssessat, President & Chief Executive Officer
	As the day-to-day leader of the company and its driving force, Avi Barssessat has fostered Hollandia’s national and international growth over the last 20 years. Barssessat is one of the world’s foremost experts on sleep system design and use, and he personally tests all Hollandia products in his home to ensure that only the best and most luxurious products carry the Hollandia name. A renowned international business leader, Barssessat sets the vision and strategy for Hollandia worldwide. He is a member of the Manufacturers Association of Israel and was the winner of the Manufacturers Association’s 2004, 2005 and 2006 awards for adjustment and innovation with the sleep system.

Rina Benhamou, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
	Rina Benhamou serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Hollandia International and has been with the company for twenty-six years. She oversees all company financials, including accounting departments, budgets, reports, taxes and audit functions. Benhamou has been instrumental in directing the company’s financial strategy and initiatives. She also supervises investments, capital funds as well as studies, analyzes and reports on financial trends, opportunities for expansion and projections for the company’s overall growth.

Maya Ben, Senior Vice President - Operations
	Maya Ben serves as the Vice President of Operations for Hollandia International in the US. As such, she is responsible for the build-out of the company stores in the US and managing all operations and logistics aspects of the company. She is also responsible for sales, marketing and revenue management. Prior to her position in the US, Maya managed and oversaw Hollandia International branches in Israel. Her experience with Hollandia in Israel led her to develop new markets for Hollandia International in different countries throughout the world. Maya holds a B.A. in Management and Economics and M.A in Law.

Amit Israel, Senior Designer
	As Senior Designer for Hollandia International, Amit Israel manages all design aspects of Hollandia’s retail locations, shows and products. He consistently seeks the latest trends in home and product design and combines them with the utmost in quality for customer comfort. He looks to integrate the latest consumer technology with Hollandia’s advanced sleep systems. Prior to joining Hollandia four years ago, Amit served as a designer for numerous companies in Israel. He graduated from the Shenkar Academy in Israel where he studied Industrial Design. Amit is based in Tel-Aviv.

Rami Gabay, International Marketing Director
	Rami Gabay serves as the International Marketing Director for Hollandia International. In his day to day activities, he carries total responsibility for the international marketing and sales, including business development of new markets for Hollandia International in the global arena. Rami also serves as a member in the company products development team and leads the sustainability approach in the company. Prior to joining Hollandia Rami served as an Innovation Manager for a global corporation. His work incorporated systematic inventive thinking methodologies, project management and intellectual property management. Rami holds a B.A in Economics and Management, an M.A. in Economics, and an M.B.A. from a joint program offered by Ben Gurion University in Israel and the Columbia Business School in New York.
